WARRANTY:
All our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of manufacture. Extended warranties for specifically designed components - such as insulating glass, exterior metal cladding, operating hardware and more – protect your investment for years to come.
Insulating Glass (Ten Years) -- CWD sealed units are warranted to be free from hermetic seal failure for ten (10) years.
Vinyl Extrusions (Twenty Years) -- CWD provides a limited twenty (20) year warranty from date of manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to excessive fading and material defects such as peeling, cracking, flaking or blistering under normal use and application.
Operating Hardware (Lifetime / Five Years) -- All Truth Hardware products are warranted to the original consumer against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. A five (5) year warranty is provided for all other operating hardware, cranks, handles and locking mechanisms against defects in materials and workmanship.
We could get into the details, but the bottom line is this - we design our products to perform better than expected. But should there be a deficiency we’ll take care of it.
